For your first class, wear loose-fitting clothing or tracksuits and bring plenty of water!

People from all ages and abilities are welcome to join us, with children able to start from age 5+

Classes are £6.50 per person, with family rates available upon discussion

A Gi, (Karate Suit), and a license are required purchases after 3 classes.
